The room is named after Eudard Slavoljub Penkala, a Croatian chemical engineer and inventor. During his lifetime he had numerous inventions, such as a thermos bottle, a rotating toothbrush, a medicine against rheumatism, whashin powder and others, but his famous inventions are a mechanical automatic pencil and a fountain pen with solid ink. The dorm has accmmodation capacity for four female persons. It’s located in the basment floor, decorated with retro wallpaper and wall coverings made of original Slavonian bricks. The room has a view on the southern part of the city. It is equipped with bunk beds with comfortable mattresses for a good rest and sleep. Every bed has a soket and a reading lamp and there is a big locker for each person in the room. The room features an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
