1. CHECK IN
Upon arrival, all guests are required to report and check in with valid identification and documentation.
2. PAYMENT AND CHECK OUT
Payment can be done on the day of arrival if you have booked online, but we recommend the guests to pay upfront to avoid the wait, or over the internet. Refunds are only possible within 45 minutes upon check-in (just applies to bookings made upon arrival, NOT over the internet) After that, no refunds available, regardless of the reason (missed train, change of plans..) Refund for bookings made online are 48h prior to check in time. Please, do not forget to return the keys. When departing, please, leave the room clean as the way it was found on arrival.
3. HANDLING HOSTEL PROPERTY
Please preserve the property and accurately pertain the environment you’re staying in. All deliberate property damage will be reported and estimated as well as charged to the person responsible.
4. CLEANLINESS
Please keep the room and common area clean. It is not allowed to bring snacks and drinks inside the room. Please keep the bathroom clean, leave them the same way you would like to find them when you come in.
5. RESTING AND SLEEPING HOURS
Please keep the noise down between the hours of 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. At that time all noisy activities such as loud talking and singing or listening to music are prohibited.
6. LOST AND FOUND ITEMS
For lost items, please check at the reception. In case of found items, please report them to the receptionist.
7. JEWLERY AND VALUABLES
We cannot be held responsable in any way for lost valuables. You can deposit your valuables such as jewelry or passport in the safe at reception.
8. CHECK OUT
Please, do not forget to return the keys. When departing, please, leave the room clean as the way it was found on arrival.
9. BOOK OF COMPLAINT
We would kindly ask you to respect the house rules. All complaints can be delivered in person, and can be written in the book of complaints or through our e mail. For any violations, we hold the right to ask you to abandon the premises.
