Hostel PALMERS LODGE ZAGREB exists since 2012. In 2021/2022, it was renovated to make guests feel better and more satisfied – new bathrooms, floors, walls, mattresses. The hostel’s policy prioritizes creating a feeling of satisfaction, comfort and relaxation for all its guests while staying with us. For the same reason, the professional and experienced staff is always friendly and attentive to your every request and resolves inquiries as soon as possible, with a relaxed atmosphere.
While you are away from home, feel at home. The hostel is decorated to evoke a homely atmosphere as much as possible – with decorations (wallpaper, bricks, furniture, details), decorating bathrooms, common areas such as corridors, reception, living room and kitchen, which you can check in the picture gallery.
The hostel itself is located in the historical center of Zagreb, a 7-minute walk from the main Ban Josip Jelačić Square, and thus close to numerous city attractions (St. Mark’s Church, Lotršćak Tower, Kemenita vrata, Dolac, Aspinača, Zagreb Cathedral and others).
Several museums and other cultural institutions are within a 10-minute walk from Palmers Lodge Zagreb. The hostel is located 1.3 km from the Zagreb Cathedral and the lively Ilica street. There are also large beautiful parks nearby, such as Tomislavac, Zrinjevac or Ribnjak. The main railway station is only 300 meters away or one stop by tram. Hostel Palmers Lodge Zagreb is located right next to the tram stop. Zagreb bus station is 500 m from the hostel, 3 stops by tram, which you enter right in front of the hostel. Zagreb Bus Station offers transportation services from/to Franjo Tuđman Zagreb Airport – so everything is close to you.

Although we do not offer meals with the accommodation, all guests have access to a shared kitchen equipped with everything they need, from dishes to spices, so you can always cook and eat your own food – just like at home. The kitchen has a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave oven, kettle. Studio apartments have their own equipped kitchens.
And if you are not into cooking, since we are located in the very center of Zagreb, there are always numerous restaurants available that you can walk to.
The hostel also offers its own parking spaces, for a fee, which must be reserved in advance. There are city parking spaces around the hostel, so you can always stop somewhere if you don’t need a parking space all day.
