1. CHECK-IN
Upon arrival, the guest is obliged to report to the hostel reception, register their arrival with a valid document or prepare travel documents if they are coming from abroad.
2. HOSTEL PROPERTY CARE
Please take care of the property of the hostel and treat the environment in which you are staying with care and responsibility. Deliberately caused damage will be documented and assessed, and the person who committed it will be charged.
3. CLEANLINESS
Please take care of cleanliness in the rooms and common areas. Food and alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the room. Use the sanitary facilities carefully and leave them behind as neat and clean as you would like to find them.
4. REST AND SLEEP TIME
We ask for complete peace and quiet from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., except in the designated area. During this time, all noisy activities, including loud talking and singing or listening to music, should be completely stopped.
5. LOST – FOUND ITEMS
For lost items, please contact the hostel reception. We are not responsible for lost items. If you find abandoned or forgotten objects, please hand them over to the hostel reception.
6. JEWELRY AND OTHER VALUABLE ITEMS
You can deposit jewelry, money, mobile phone and other valuable items at the reception. We do not take responsibility for the possible disappearance of the mentioned things, which were not deposited at the reception of the hostel.
7. BILL AND CHECK-OUT
The guest pays for the services used at the hostel reception on the day of departure if the reservation was made online, but we recommend making it a day earlier to avoid a possible wait. Exceptionally, a refund is possible only within 45 minutes after check-in, after that the room is considered used and a refund is not possible, regardless of the circumstances (missed train, sudden change of plan, etc.). This refund applies exclusively to guests without a prior online reservation.
Refunds are only possible for cancellations 24 hours before check-in or for the day that applies 24 hours after check-in. Please remember to return your room and locker key on the day of departure.
When leaving the hostel, please leave the space neat and clean, as you found it.
8. COMPLAINTS BOOK
Please abide by these House Rules, which are based on the rights and needs of our users. Write your objections in the complaint book or by e-mail. For a gross violation of the House Rules, we will be forced to deny your further stay in our hostel.
